Service availability may vary depending on the material, design, dimensions, quantity, and technical requirements of the project.

2. Orders & Quotations

All quotations provided by Musanna CNC are based on the information provided by the customer.

Before production, customers may be required to confirm:

Design
Dimensions
Material
Quantity
Finish
Color
Other project specifications

An order will be considered confirmed once the required details and applicable payment or advance payment have been approved.

3. Custom-Made Products

Many Musanna CNC products are manufactured according to customer-specific requirements.

Once a customer has approved the design, measurements, specifications, and other project details and production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming all specifications before production.

4. Customer-Provided Designs

Customers may provide logos, drawings, images, CAD files, or other designs for production.

The customer confirms that they have the necessary rights or authorization to use any materials provided to Musanna CNC.

Musanna CNC is not responsible for copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property disputes arising from customer-provided designs.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices may vary depending on:

Material
Dimensions
Quantity
Design complexity
Finishing requirements
Customization
Production requirements

Musanna CNC reserves the right to update prices when necessary.

Any applicable advance payment or full payment requirement will be communicated before production begins.

6. Product Availability

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate product and service information, availability of certain materials or products may change without prior notice.

If a requested material or product is unavailable, we may contact the customer to discuss an alternative.

7. Delivery

Delivery times depend on the nature and complexity of the order.

Custom orders may require additional production time.

Musanna CNC will make reasonable efforts to meet communicated delivery estimates but cannot guarantee delivery dates affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control.

8. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers must report eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 7 days of receiving the order.

Custom-made products may not be eligible for return where the product was manufactured according to the customer's approved specifications.

9. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, measurements, and other information displayed on our website are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur, particularly with colors, finishes, materials, measurements, and custom-manufactured products.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content belonging to Musanna CNC, including:

may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

Musanna CNC will not be responsible for losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

We are also not responsible for errors caused by incorrect measurements, specifications, designs, or other information supplied or approved by the customer.
